As Chairman and CEO of IAG, Mr. Hughes is focused on establishing IAG as the industry leader in providing consulting and engineering services through superior client service. Damon has over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and business development with organizations such as MCI WorldCom, Verizon, AT&T Wireless and Red Hat. While holding numerous positions ranging from sales to executive level management, Damon earned a strong reputation in the industry for his ability to mentor and lead organizations at the regional and national levels.

  Dr. Michael Hackett, PhD, RCDD/NTS
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Hackett's broad experience in the design and management of leading edge telecommunications technologies for domestic and overseas projects gives him an experienced background that few people have obtained. His experience in the application of advanced technology in markets range from transportation (airports and ground), to utilities (domestic SCADA metering of Gas and Crude Oil). Dr. Hackett has the unique ability to provide instruction on basic and advanced communications concepts as well as the hands on design, planning and administration skills necessary for large-scale projects.

Director of Infrastructure Design
Mr. Dixon has gained a diverse technical background in telecommunications network design, installation and maintenance of active and passive components in both secure and non-secure environments. Ron is a hands on dynamic professional with a proven track record in managing complex network infrastructure projects. In addition Mr. Dixon has had great success in defining project specifications, establishing project goals and communicating objectives to inter-disciplinary project teams.
